Glasworks Hurkenthal
1766 – 1904
Hůrka (Hurkenthal) near Železná Ruda (Markt Eisenstein) ranks among the most significant glassmaking sites in the Bohemian Forest. The settlement originated around 1732 as a workers' colony associated with the Hafenbrädl family's glassworks.
